The Co-Creator of Call of Duty, Dies in an LA Vehicle Accident
The co-creator of Call of Duty, the mind behind the immensely successful franchise Call of Duty, has died in a car accident in the state of California he was 55 years old.
His passing was announced by Electronic Arts, the parent company of Respawn Entertainment, the video game company that he helped create.
The celebrated game designer died after his car crashed and caught fire on a motorway in the Los Angeles area on Sunday, US media outlets report.
"This is a heartbreaking loss, and our deepest sympathies go to Vince's family, his family, and the countless individuals inspired by his legacy," an official with Electronic Arts said.
